Buffet Options

Whether an impromptu lunch meeting, a barbecue spread in the park, or 200 guests sitting down to a holiday feast, Taylor Made will impress with their expertise, flexibility and follow-through. Whole roasted pig? No problem! Need tables, a smoker on site or a bartender? Easy. Whatever fits the bill—Taylor Made will step up and do it right. 

• OPTION A
  DROP-OFF SERVICE ($25)
  • Food presented in disposable trays with serving utensils. Includes disposable plates and culinary kits.
    Delivery extra outside a 10-mile radius.
    
    
• OPTION B
  BUFFET SERVICE (Add $2/guest)
  • Food presented in chafing racks with
    serving utensils. Self-serve Iced Tea, Lemonade or Coffee. Includes disposable plates, cups and culinary kits.
    If a serving attendant is needed, add $1 per guest.
    
    
• OPTION C
  BUFFET SERVICE WITH STONEWARE (Add $5/guest)
  • Food presented as in Option B and served on stoneware with coffee cups, glasses, silverware and disposable napkins. Self-serve Iced Tea, Lemonade or Coffee.
    Includes uniformed attendant.
    
    
• OPTION D
  SIT-DOWN PLATED SERVICE (Add $9/guest)
  • Complete guest table service on stoneware with coffee cups, glasses, silverware and disposable napkins. Includes Iced Tea, Lemonade or Coffee, guest table center pieces and uniformed attendant.
    
    
• BARTENDING ($35/hour)
  • 2-hour minimum
    Additional hours at $10/hr
    
    
• ON-SITE SMOKER ($260)

  • Disposable culinary kits include knife, fork, spoon, napkin, salt & pepper.
    Additional attendants will be quoted upon request.
