Catering Policies
- RESERVATIONS are made at the time of booking. You are asked to identify the date (or dates) of your event. Deposit of 10% is due at this time.
- CONFIRMATION of your catering order will be done by phone and a final head count must be provided 7 days before your event.
- PAYMENT
may be made by cash, check or credit card. All invoices are due upon delivery. All events are handled on an individual basis.
- DELIVERY & SET-UP are available and are quoted on a per-order basis.
- SERVICE OPTIONS: We have several styles of Buffet Options or Full Table Service to choose from.
- EVENT PLANNING: We can coordinate everything for your event -- halls, decorations, florists, photographers, rental items, bartenders and more. Just ask one of our experienced Catering Associates about planning your event.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be done 14 days in advance or you will be billed in full.
- SALES TAX: All catering orders are subject to Kansas and Missouri sales taxes, which are not included in the menu prices.
- GRATUITY: A 15% gratuity is added to all menu prices.

Taylor Made Catering is pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for payment, as well as cash or check.
