• Select a menu plan or a la carte items from our menus, or have one of our Catering Associates help you.
  
  
• Be prepared to discuss the date, location, number in attendance and serving time for your event.
  
  
• Sign a written contract and make a 10% deposit at the time of the agreement. Payment options: Cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
  
  
• Confirmation on the number in attendance will be made one week prior to the event.
